Job Summary

We are seeking a Fun Squad Leader to join our Timezone Greenhills venue. As a Fun Squad Leader, you will lead and delegate to our Fun Squad, ensuring our values are championed every day. You will be supported by and also provide support to the Venue Manager, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and delegate to the Fun Squad to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
  • Collaborate with the Venue Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve business results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, and group bookings to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of venue presentation, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
  • Full availability, including night times and weekends.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and improving business results.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, and group bookings.
