About the role:


We have an exciting new opportunity available for a Residential Life Coordinator (RLC) to join our new property and team at Y Suites - Moore Street.

In this role you will play a key role in facilitating the coordination of the residence as a community under the guidance of the General Manager (GM) and the Residential Life Manager (RLM), with an emphasis on resident wellbeing and ensuring the delivery of the Residential Life Program.


What we need from you


We are after someone that has previous experience in a community role supporting students, or similar exposure to health and well-being of young people as well as an interest in supporting a robust events and activities program.

You will be a fun, sociable and passionate team player who loves to interact with people from diverse backgrounds. You will have experience in event management and the ability to research and develop evidence-based programs and policies.

Some of your essential skills include strong written and verbal communication skills, good computer skills, solid planning and organisational skills and a "we care" attitude.


Our mandatory requirements include:

  • National Police Check (completed within last 3 months)
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia and New Zealand
