Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Residential Services.

This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to lead and innovate in the provision of residential services, ensuring a supportive and vibrant community for students.

**The Opportunity

  • Oversee the admissions processes in coordination with a leading university, ensuring all occupancy requirements are met and financial arrangements are in place.
  • Regular reporting and liaison on occupancy outcomes, operational procedures, and strategic planning.
  • Develop and oversee the staff and contractors, ensuring high levels of training, performance, and wellbeing.

**About You

  • Demonstrated experience in operational management, preferably in an educational, residential, or hospitality setting.
