Position: Systems Training and Support Manager

About The Company: My client are a leading financial services firm dedicated to providing exceptional wealth management solutions to their clients. They are seeking a talented individual to join the team as a Systems Training and Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new wealth advisers and their clients nationally, by providing comprehensive training on their systems and offering ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onsite training sessions for new advisers, introducing them to their systems and processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for issue escalation, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of all systems, participating in testing of new platforms and coordinating with stakeholders to identify training needs.
  • Develop and implement training programs for advisers and support staff on new systems and updates, ensuring all staff are proficient in system utilization.
  • Manage the training rollout of an international trading platform, focusing on enhancing the client and adviser experience.
  • Provide personalized consultation to advisers to understand their training requirements and optimize their use of our systems.
  • Offer ongoing system support and helpdesk assistance on a national level, ensuring advisers have the resources they need.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of systems and procedures.
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand, upholding corporate values in all interactions with clients and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Significant experience in training & onboarding or in wealth advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of different trading programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalated issues efficiently.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service and support to advisers and clients.
