Y ou will be joining our outstanding EUX team to provide onsite support at our Perth Tech Hub in the Perth CBD.

Conveniently located in the heart of Perth City, close by to public transport and parking facilities.


Working within a blended team environment to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners, provide a high-quality IT colleague experience with the drive to go above and beyond for every colleague.


As a Desktop Consultant, you'll be assisting users with a wide range of technical queries, from troubleshooting hardware and software problems to providing guidance through system upgrades and installations.

You will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

  • Providing on-site support to users through face-to-face or remotely.
  • Communicating effectively with users, ensuring they are kept up to date and queries are resolved in an efficient manner.
  • Working in line with service levels, call priorities, call handling procedures, escalation procedures and interface policy with other support groups.
  • Recording service requests, incidents and completions using ServiceNow.
  • Assisting the wider IT Service Desk function by monitoring and actioning tickets, calls and tasks in the shared mailbox as required.

  • Love going the extra mile for customers, building rapport, showing empathy and ultimately providing the best experience. Demonstrated ability to explain technical terms to nontechnical people is essential.
  • Have the ability to resolve conflict and act in a professional manner.
  • Strong experience in a similar IT Support role internally or externally through managed services.
  • Excellent Windows troubleshooting skills, AD/Azure AD management, Office 365 support and admin console.
  • Any experience working with Modern Workplace mobility management including Intune, SCCM and Autopilot deployment.
  • Knowledge in MS Defender & Desktop Security.
  • ITIL V4 certified highly desirable or demonstrated knowledge of the ITIL framework.
