Location:
Westfield Warringah Mall, Castle Towers Mall

  • We value leadership, exceptional people skills, and a knack for training over everything. We're looking for someone who is not just friendly but can foster a warm, familial environment among staff
  • Ability to run 57kg of coffee beans solo on daily basis
  • Decent latte art skill
  • Knowledge of coffee machines, and grinders (La Morzocco, Anfim, Mazzer,)
  • Experience working at busy cafes

Primary Duty

  • Responsible for the quality and consistency of coffee and beverages being served according to the company's guidelines;
  • Inventory managing (including milk, coffee, cakes, pastries & miscellaneous such as cups etc.);
  • Responsible for training and development of the barista team;
  • Both weekend days are part of the requirement of this role;
  • Coordinating with the venue manager for barista rostering and having an eye on the cost;
