**Location**: Westfield Warringah Mall, Castle Towers Mall
- We value leadership, exceptional people skills, and a knack for training over everything. We're looking for someone who is not just friendly but can foster a warm, familial environment among staff
- Ability to run 5-7kg of coffee beans solo on daily basis
- Decent latte art skill
- Knowledge of coffee machines, and grinders (La Morzocco, Anfim, Mazzer,)
- Experience working at busy cafes
**Primary Duty**
- Responsible for the quality and consistency of coffee and beverages being served according to the company’s guidelines;
- Inventory managing (including milk, coffee, cakes, pastries & miscellaneous such as cups etc.);
- Responsible for training and development of the barista team;
- Both weekend days are part of the requirement of this role;
- Coordinating with the venue manager for barista rostering and having an eye on the cost;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $57,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 38 - 42 per week
