About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Driver/Facility Worker to join our team at Grace Worldwide.

As a key member of our Records Management team, you will be responsible for providing premium customer service and account management to our clients.

Your duties will include:

  • Order collection and delivery of client records and information
  • Customer service queries and resolution
  • Maintaining high-profile account service delivery
  • Daily record management and security of client records to ensure compliant delivery and storage
  • Processing and retrieval of valuable information and document management of client requests
  • Working with computer technology, including scanners and PCs

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • A minimum car license
  • Excellent customer service skills and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to relate well to clients at all levels with confidence
  • Hard work and reliability
  • Good physical fitness for manual handling tasks
  • Good computer literacy skills
  • Warehouse and transport experience an advantage but not essential
  • Flexibility with work hours and days
  • Ability to work well under pressure and be a good team player
