About the Role
Calvary Riverina Hospital is looking for an enthusiastic Pastoral Care practitioner to fill the Pastoral Care Manager position. The role involves managing a fully integrated pastoral care service at Calvary Riverina Hospital (Wagga Wagga) on a permanent full-time basis.
Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Manage the Calvary Riverina Pastoral Care Team and oversee services to ensure exceptional delivery and patient satisfaction
  • Provide contemporary pastoral care to patients and clients
  • Coordinate visiting Faith Representatives, including credentialing

About You
  • Qualifications in Clinical Pastoral Education/Pastoral Ministry or equivalent, along with leadership, management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Strong written and personal communication skills
  • Experience in preparing and leading ritual and prayer
  • Ability to provide pastoral care education, support, and motivation to the team and volunteers
