About the role
Calvary Riverina Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic and suitably qualified Pastoral Care practitioner for the position of Pastoral Care Manager. This position will be tasked with managing a fully integrated pastoral care service at Calvary Riverina Hospital (Wagga Wagga). This is a permanent full time position.
Your main duties will include:
- Manage the Calvary Riverina Pastoral Care Team and monitor, review and benchmark services to ensure exceptional service delivery and patient satisfaction
- Provide contemporary pastoral care to patients and clients
- Coordinate the visiting Faith Representatives, including credentialing
About you
- Qualification in Clinical Pastoral Education/Pastoral Ministry or equivalent qualification and/or experience
- Proven ability in leadership, management, planning and organisational skills
- Proven ability in written and personal skills
- Proven ability in preparing and leading ritual and prayer
- Ability to provide pastoral care education, supervision, support and motivation to pastoral care team and volunteers
