About the Opportunity
Real Work with Real Outcomes – Starting in January 2025, our program offers a two-year fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement. This immersive, hands-on program provides practical learning through fundamental tasks and meaningful work. Participants will complete two 12-month rotational placements, gaining a comprehensive technical and commercial skills training blend.

The program includes continuous coaching, mentorship, and formal training, allowing participants to rotate through diverse business units. This structure ensures a thorough understanding of operations and strategic initiatives, combining on-the-job learning with formal education.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A genuine interest in Systems Engineering within an operational steel manufacturing and distribution environment
  • Australian/NZ citizenship OR an appropriate visa with unlimited working rights
  • Completed an Australian tertiary degree in the past three years (or due to be completed in 2024)
  • Less than two years of full-time, discipline-relevant work experience (part-time or unrelated work doesn't count)

Note: Successful placement into this program will be subject to pre-employment checks, including but not limited to criminal, qualification, medical, and reference checks.
