Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at the Australian Reinforcing Company (ARC). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities across the Regional Service Centre Network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule daily routines for corrective and minor project maintenance using MAINPAC Job request system
  • Assist operations teams and internal stakeholders in implementing technical, safety, and productivity initiatives
  • Support the VIC region in spares purchasing and apply cost-saving measures for overseas orders
  • Provide technical direction and support to trades and contractors for prompt issue resolution
  • Supervise tasks and manage contractors for high-risk activities in the region
  • Promote a "Safety as a Core Value" mindset and ensure accountability for outcomes
Requirements
  • Trade qualification (mechanical or electrical) with 5 years' experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Unrestricted Driver's License
  • Strong knowledge of computerised maintenance management system (MAINPAC) and exposure to Power BI, CMMS, and ERP systems SAP, Symix, GE, ARMA
  • Extensive understanding of health and safety regulations and ability to adhere to and drive
  • Strong communication, time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
