About the role and you:


Due to rapid growth, an excellent opportunity based in our Adelaide office has been created for a full time Talent Acquisition and HR Professional to join our small, yet very dynamic team.

This role will oversee end-to-end recruitment and provide generalist HR support across the organisation nationally.

A highly motivated individual who is driven by their passion to help others succeed will be best suited to our role.

We are seeking applicants who meet the following requirements:

  • Have relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field
  • Must have 5+ years' experience within an endtoend recruitment role, preferably within the engineering field for the transportation industries (Roads, Rail, Ports and Airports) highly desirable
  • Experience in implementing next generation tools and processes for continuous improvement
  • Hands on experience with implementing Training and development activities including Organisational development
  • Have an understanding of HR practices and principles, and the desire to develop generalist HR and team administration support
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both in a team and autonomously
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal and ability to liaise with various stakeholders
