We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Communications and Change Analyst to join our Project team.

This role will play a crucial part in driving effective communication and managing change activity across all three project streams.


The Communications and Change Analyst will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of project activities and the successful adoption of change.

You will focus on capturing change impacts, stakeholder engagement, and readiness of the business for the changes coming.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute comprehensive communication plan to keep stakeholders informed about Project Phoenix's progress, objectives, and outcomes.
  • Maintain a consistent and compelling project narrative that aligns with company goals and values.
  • Work closely with the Learning and Development team to assess the impact of project initiatives on employees, identify potential areas of resistance, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Support the development of training materials and user guides to facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies introduced by the Project.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder analysis to identify key individuals and groups and tailor communication and change strategies accordingly.
  • Assist in organising and facilitating workshops, meetings, and other engagement events to promote understanding and alignment with project objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication and change initiatives, gathering feedback and adjusting as necessary.
  • Provide guidance and support to project team members on effective communication practices and change management techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in communication and change management, preferably in the context of largescale projects or organisational transformations.
  • Healthcare industry or aged care advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and persuasive content.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Office, intranet systems, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
