Administration Clerk - Casual

NorthWestern Aged Persons Mental Health Program

  • Nonclinic based administration role for Aged Persons Mental Health Program (APMHP) Acute and Community Teams
  • Casual position working on a needs basis across 5 APMHP sites, with all sites based close to public transport and onsite parking

Your new role:

  • We are a dynamic, thoughtful multidisciplinary team who strive to make life better for the people we work with, their families and carers
  • We work primarily with adults aged 65, often with a first episode of mental health, who need support to navigate their recovery via an outreach model of care
  • We enjoy a collaborative and respectful working environment where clinicians are encouraged to share clinical judgements and participate actively in treatment planning with the medical staff

  • Sunshine Hospital, St Albans
  • Broadmeadows Health Service, Broadmeadows
  • RMH Royal Park Campus, Parkville

About you:

  • Compassionate, caring and consumer focused
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to problem solve in a complex and ever changing environment
  • Provide excellent customer service to consumer, carers and colleagues
  • Excellent administration skills including data entry and attention to detail
