HR Business Process Project Officer

(HEO6) $82,879 to $89,525 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

A new fixed term, full-time opportunity is available for 6 months.

If you have excellent written communication skills, a great relationship builder, and have experience dealing with sensitive matters, then this is the role for you to support the delivery of a HR Services Process Management Framework.
The role will support business and process analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Record keeping and data management will be an important part of this role to ensure that business processes are documented and optimised to increase business process efficiencies.


To be successful you will need:

  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Strong HR business process knowledge and skills with the ability to extensively analyse business processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal/negotiation skills enabling effective interaction with stakeholders
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively to develop streamlined, efficient project outcomes.
  • Understanding of Lean management, Six Sigma and/or experience in other process improvement methodology is desirable.
