Job Description

What's the deal with Nexthink searching for Exceptional BDRs? Well, Nexthink is a rapidly expanding software company based in Switzerland, and we're growing our team in Boston, US. We're on the lookout for top-notch individuals eager to hop on the rocket ship with us and seize this opportunity.

What Makes a Great Nexthink BDR?

If you're full of energy and passion, itching to break into the enterprise software realm and kickstart a sales career, you're who we're looking for. By collaborating closely with our enterprise sales and marketing teams, you'll generate new opportunities through outbound initiatives and learn from some of the best. Our focus is on delivering value to our customers, and your task will be to communicate that to potential new clients so they can join our growing Nexthink community.

What you would be doing?

  • A robust pipeline is crucial for successful sales, and the BDR plays a vital role in its growth. Your efforts will drive our long-term achievements.
  • Initiate outbound prospecting via multiple channels such as phone, email, social media, and video.
  • Profile and access key accounts.
  • Identify suitable prospects within your assigned area.
  • Assess and convert inbound leads.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Follow up on campaigns and events.
  • Target prospects at C-level, VP, and Director levels.
  • Clearly present the value of our solution to both technical and non-technical prospects.

Qualifications

  • Passionate and determined to excel.
  • A quick learner always striving for improvement and growth.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident and outgoing personality driving pipeline activity via phone.
  • Must work well within a team environment.
  • Experience in fast-paced, metrics-driven sales setting - Preferred.
  • A proven track record of surpassing targets - Preferred.
  • Outbound calling experience in a corporate setting - Preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Strongly Preferred.
  • Experience in software sales preferred, yet Personality and Attitude are of utmost importance.
