Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you can also expect to be involved in the advancement of our Technology & Innovation function; from innovating processes, to assisting on a variety of internal projects.


What you'll do
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:

  • Conduct training sessions & workshops to educate users on operational technology systems.
  • Document & maintain technical support procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed recommendations for operational technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve complex technical issues & implement system improvements.

What you'll bring

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or industry certification would be highly regarded.
  • Experience in a similar role, supporting Applications, Windows Server and Linux, Windows desktop and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Intermediate knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, and Microsoft Servers.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft End User Compute, including Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fundamental understanding of Networking principles.
  • Familiarity with ICT best practices, ITIL framework, and ITSM principles.
  • A customercentric mindset, with an aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
