Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our client. The CTO will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of the organisation
  • Communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure our company's technologies are used appropriately
  • Plan and execute a technology roadmap that aligns with overall business goals.
  • Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
  • Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage
  • Help departments use technology profitably
  • Supervise system infrastructure to ensure stability, efficiency and security.
  • Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
  • Use stakeholders' feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
  • Communicate technology strategy to employees, stakeholders and customers

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Technology.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role: experience in technology leadership positions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead highperforming technology teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for technology and innovation
