About the role:


Manage Aspect's workplace relations strategy, policy, operations, advisory and case management services to achieve outcomes and manage risk in line with Aspect's strategic plan and business needs.


Some key accountabilities include:

  • Develop and drive workplace relations strategy, policy, frameworks and processes that are contemporary, compliant and consistently applied
  • Partner with leaders and HR colleagues in managing workplace relations risk in the context of developing and driving workforce strategies
  • Build the capability of leaders in managing workplace relations risk, and in confident resolution of performance and conduct matters
  • Implement and manage the working relationship with an outsourced advisory and case management support service, and work with leaders and HR business partners to manage a smooth transition and productive ways of working

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in employment relations, employment law, industrial relations or human resources.
  • Strong working knowledge of contemporary best practice in employment practice
  • Demonstrated extensive experience in advising on, managing and resolving complex people and workforce issues.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders in challenging situations
  • Proven experience in effectively educating leaders and team colleagues to build workplace relations knowledge and capability
