Our Marketing Team are based in our Forest Hill office supporting staff and customers across Australia and around the globe.


What you'd be doing (your day will look like this):
The Event and Campaign Coordinator plans and coordinates customer-facing events, campaigns and other marketing communication activities including:
Planning and logistics for internal and external events including conferences, trade shows, roadshows and webinars
Championing events management best practice and innovation within the business
Contributing to our social media marketing plans to increase reach, engagement and performance
Contributing to activities generated to support the business as part of the Pronto Software marketing strategy
Building relationship, engaging and collaborating with all relevant stakeholders across Pronto Software
Presenting opportunities and innovating new tools/practices to improve results
About you

Knowledge of Events and Campaigns, ideally in the Software industry
Strong communication skills and understanding of stakeholder management and engagement
Event project management expertise with attention to details and achievement of deadlines
Clear understanding of the customer journey and how it impacts marketing strategy
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle conflicting priorities
Hubspot or other marketing automation platforms
WordPress or other content management systems
Teamwork and collaboration
Research, reporting, follow up and documentation skills
A high level of professionalism
Passion for the software/technology industry
Willingness to undergo a Police Check
