This is a
perfect opportunity for a career starter with some experience in Building or Property Management. Assist to Manage an iconic Meriton building with its own portfolio of apartments for leasing.

The role:


You will assist with the day-to-day management of the complex, liaise with contractors on
maintenance issues, building inspections, interact with tenants and owners, leasing and more.


You will be supported by a
vibrant and experienced Building Management Team who have grown with our brand, and a dedicated head office property management team.


Role requirements:

  • At least
    1 years' experience in property or building Management.
  • Strong communication skills
  • A proactive work attitude with
    strong customer service focus
:

  • Be available to work on
    Saturdays (4 hours only) and be on call for occasional afterhours emergencies.
  • You
    must hold an Assistant agent certificate or
    Class 2 Real Estate Agent's License
