About the opportunity
We are looking for an Assistant Building Manager.

You will be working closely alongside a Building Manager to oversee all common area aspects of a residential building in the heart of Sydney's CBD.

This is a full time role based from site.

Your duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting residents, guests, visitors and service providers;
  • Management of all administrative functions associated with building management contracts and contractors
  • Relaying vital communications to residents, owners, managing agents and other stakeholders;
  • Management of electronic registers, invoicing, security devices, shared facilities, recreational areas and equipment;
  • Assisting with co coordinating contractor repairs, maintenance, inspections and reports
