This is a
perfect opportunity for a Property Manager looking for a change, who is interested in a more client focused, hands on role as a Building/Facilities Manager, which includes leasing.


The role:


As a Meriton Building Manager, you will be
trained onsite at one of our existing buildings, then moved to a permanent building.

Here you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the building, liaise with contractors on
maintenance issues, site inspections, residential leasing and more.


You will be supported by a
vibrant and experienced management team who have grown with our brand, and a dedicated head office administration team.


Role requirements:

  • At least
    12 years' experience in property or building Management.
  • You
    must hold an Assistant agent certificate or
    Class 2 Real Estate Agent's License**:
  • Be available to work on Saturdays (4 hours only) and be on call for occasional after-hours emergencies.
  • A passion for real estate and leasing
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate and influence.
  • A proactive work attitude with
    strong customer service focus.
