Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and forward-thinking Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Coin Clan in the EU. As the local Board Member/Director, the CEO will oversee our MiCA application process, ensure AML/CFT compliance, and drive business growth. This role demands a profound grasp of the cryptocurrency sector, robust leadership qualities, and a zeal for innovation and expansion.

Requirements:

  • Serve as the EU CEO and local Board Member/Director
  • Lead our end-to-end MiCA license application in Lithuania
  • Supervise the efficiency of AML/CFT controls
  • Plan and execute staff performance audits
  • Act as the primary liaison with government bodies as required
  • Conduct business development and represent the company at events
  • Collaborate with the tech team for a user-friendly exchange
  • Manage trade and other supportive operations for business growth
  • Expand to new markets by overseeing compliance processes
  • Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by the global CEO or investors
Qualifications:

Proven CEO/ senior executive experience in finance or crypto

In-depth knowledge of crypto market, blockchain, and regulations

Strategic thinking, decision-making, and strong leadership

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Experience driving innovation and achieving results in dynamic settings

Network in crypto/finance sectors, Business/Finance degree

Proficiency in English, additional languages a plus

Preferably Lithuanian residency/work rights
