As a Junior Client Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Your primary responsibilities include working with clients to initiate trades and guiding them through our company processes. Your actions will be pivotal to ensuring clients safely and efficiently navigate the cryptocurrency marketplace.

Requirements:

  • Modest understanding of cryptocurrency markets and infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Detailoriented with strong problemsolving skills.
  • Strong work ethic and desire to work in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience in clientfacing roles.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our Senior Client Managers to monitor and facilitate client transactions, sharing workload and ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Assist clients in initiating trades and understanding our company processes.
  • Ensure client inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of trades, deposits and withdrawals for clients.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our client support processes.
  • Liaise with other teams around ad hoc, unique client cases and circumstances.
  • Crossfunctional projects with other business units when required.
