Finance & Administration Officer

About the Role


The
Finance & Administration Officer will provide general finance support to a team of skilled and supportive Finance Officers whilst also taking ownership of administrative roles within the Kelsian Head Office.


Key duties will include:

Working with the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable team by:

  • Entering and filing of supplier invoices into accounting software
  • Assist in the preparation of payment runs to suppliers and refunds to customers
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements and petty cash reimbursements
  • Assisting in the reconciliation of bank statements and debtor statements
  • Preparing and issuing oncharge invoices to entities within the Kelsian group
  • Assisting with preparation and distribution of bimonthly debtors statements
  • Preparation of account reconciliations
  • Assist in the collation of financial information for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with scanning, document retention and filing

Corporate office administration including:

  • Ensuring kitchen, meeting room and stationery stocks are maintained and facilitation of building maintenance
  • Distribution of inbound and outbound internal and external mail
  • Paper and digital resource management
  • Management of employee uniforms and associated procedures
  • Liaison with Kelsian's third party corporate travel provider
  • Coordinate office maintenance, including board room maintenance and supply

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to plan, establish priorities, multitask and perform under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Have a strong attention to detail
