Part time: 3 days (22.5 hours) per week
- $34.58/hour + super + great benefits

About the role:

Key tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Day to day administration including answering phones, booking meetings, client and visitor hosting, ordering supplies etc
  • Maintenance and ordering of supplies
  • Coordinating meetings including organising catering
  • Liaising and coordinating practice requirements, such as maintenance, cleaning and building access
  • Providing IT support
  • Accounts administration, including invoicing
  • Tracking long term administration projects
  • Supporting the director in the execution of projects, including liaising with builders, contractors, suppliers and the client
  • Project administration and secretarial support for the director and architects
  • Providing support to the practice team
  • Managing and coordinating memberships and accreditations for the practice

About you:

  • Prior experience in office and/or project support (required)
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Fastpaced, quick learner
  • Prior experience in an Architectural or construction practice (desirable)
