Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greeting and serving guests in a professional, warm, friendly, and genuine manner
  • Preparing and serving food & drinks
  • Helping guests with menu recommendation
  • Taking orders using POS system

About You

  • Current RSA required
  • Ideally you have mastered a 3plate carry
  • No cocktail knowledge required, but fabulous if you have it
  • If you can pour a beer, make a coffee, and banter with the locals you'll fit right in
  • Excellent guests service skills and ability to make recommendations from the menu
  • Ability to work under pressure during busy periods whilst maintaining a positive attitude
  • Able to effectively communicate to guests and team members
  • Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
