Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Thornbury Castle. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Answer queries about the menu and make suggestions to guests.
  • Take ownership of guest's requirements and food allergies, ensuring their needs are met and they feel valued.
  • Follow Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures at all times.
  • Set up the dining areas and process charges and payments accurately.
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle guest queries and complaints with a calm and mature approach, providing solutions and resolving issues promptly.
