You will be across 4 centres in our Melbourne North West precinct.

The focus of the role is to implement high quality marketing strategies and analysis for the retail centre as well as interact with both internal and external stakeholders to maximise the success of the property.

Reporting to the Precinct General Manager, here's what you will focus on:

Managing and implementing a calendar of marketing and event activities for the centreManaging all marketing suppliers and agency relationshipsMeasuring, monitoring and analysing of all marketing activitiesPreparation and management of the marketing budgetRetail and customer liaisonProduce monthly marketing reports on all activities for every retail property within the set marketing portfolioOther adhoc marketing related activities as requiredAbout You:


Tertiary qualifications in marketing and experience in a similar role within a retail centre environmentAn ability to manage a busy workload, meet deadlines and work in an evolving work environmentExcellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport and relationships with a variety of key stakeholdersA strong strategic approach.

An ability to set SMART objectives against which performance can be measured.

An ability to analyse and interpret information as well as strong report writing skillsA commitment to customer service and excellence.
