About the Role
As the Director of Client Relations & High Jewelry in Australia & New Zealand, you will play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for our valued clients.

You will lead the market strategy for our high-value clients, oversee in-store activities, and manage global client events, focusing on tailor-made experiences, including High Jewelry events.

  • Develop comprehensive strategies to attract, convert, and retain High-Value Clients in the region.
  • Offer guidance to the Private Client, Client Relations, and High Jewelry team to achieve our strategic goals.
  • Collaborate closely with our retail teams to promote our high-jewelry collection and boost sales.
  • Establish strategic partnerships to deliver personalized client experiences, both within and outside the company.
  • Utilize client data to enhance local strategies and drive customer growth and loyalty.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing private clients for luxury brands.
