MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYThe responsibilities of the Head of Library include but are not limited to:i.developing and reviewing Library Policy which is consistent with the policies of the College;ii.
leading and managing staff within the Department at all Campuses, including the Study Centre;iii.
maintaining a supportive and innovative learning environment on each Campus;iv.
being aware of new technological developments in information retrieval;v.
developing and promoting enrichment literature programs, including Book Week activities;vi.
managing Department Resources;vii.
preparing and managing Department Budgets; andviii.
performing other day-to-day duties and implementing decision as requested by the Principal or the College Improvement Team.
