The role


Join Country Road Group as a Learning Designer in an exciting new role where you will develop & deliver various initiatives in line with our culture aspiration, growth ambition and people experience roadmap.

You will play an integral part of the creation and roll out of these initiatives which will have a huge impact on the organisation.

Partnering with a wide range of stakeholders to create a variety of collateral required for projects will support business initiatives and drive our learning strategy.

A focus for this role being our on-boarding experience and retail excellence programs will provide a challenging, yet rewarding environment for someone who is looking for their next opportunity.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the learning experience design of planned capability and initiatives, developing fit for purpose solutions across all CRG
  • Bring the learning content to life through the design and development of engaging and creative learning experiences to complement a contemporary learning delivery approach suitable for multichannel delivery e.g. digital content, onthejob activities, guidelines/handbook
  • Bring innovation and experimentation to capability solutions and contribute ideas to evolve the learning culture to ensure Country Road Group meets its cultural aspirations
  • Partner with the business to articulate key learning outcomes, translate and develop business content into easyto understand and digestible learning sessions
  • Ensure good practice learning evaluation
- using feedback loops to ensure learning effectiveness

  • Review and update the content on a regular basis to keep the learning offerings uptodate and relevant
  • Previous experience in working with business stakeholder to design blended and impactful learning solutions appropriate for the audience
  • Experience building both technical and leadership learning experiences
  • The ability to manage through complexity and ambiguity in a fastpaced environment
  • The ability to successfully consult and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Digital learning development and program management capability (HTML code and Articulate Rise / Storyline), including eLearns, animations, videos, interactive PDFs


Desirable
  • Knowledge of MindAtlas and PageUp
  • Influencing, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to a nontechnical audience
