Now Hiring: Market Development Representative at DocuSign

If you're passionate about generating new business and enjoy reaching out to potential clients, then the Market Development Rep (MDR) role at DocuSign might just be perfect for you. As an MDR, your main focus will be on making outbound calls and sending targeted emails to engage with prospects. By probing them about their business strategies, you'll be identifying how DocuSign's offerings can align with their needs. This position provides an excellent opportunity to dive deep into the world of a rapidly growing SaaS company.

Reporting to the Manager, Market Development Representatives, you'll be primarily responsible for:

  • Initiating outbound calls to prospects within select vertical markets to offer tailored solutions
  • Coordinating appointments between prospects and Account Executives in various verticals
  • Strategically utilizing CRM to track information and spot new opportunities in your designated territory
  • Collaborating with marketing to execute email and LinkedIn campaigns for enhanced brand visibility
About the Job:

Job Designation: Hybrid

This role offers a blend of in-office and remote work, requiring access to a physical office location. Preferred job designations are subject to change within DocuSign based on business needs and local regulations.

Your Profile:

Basic Requirements

  • A degree from a university or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in outbound sales

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior exposure to the SaaS industry
  • A proactive, enthusiastic, and industrious approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building lasting business relationships
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
