Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Genetec

Genetec is seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support the sales and marketing teams in boosting pipeline and bookings growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of leads management, along with the enthusiasm and drive to drive sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Become proficient in Lead Generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build targeted prospect lists
  • Execute engagement strategies using email, phone, and social channels based on prospecting plans
  • Engage with executives and decision-makers to secure sales meetings
  • Aid Account Executives in advancing qualified leads through the sales process
  • Manage inbound leads effectively

Requirements:

  • Ability to thrive in dynamic and high-pressure work environments
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on curiosity, empathy, and active listening
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Capable of adapting to new tools and workflows
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in Sales Development or customer-oriented roles (preferred)
