About the Opportunity


Service Stream's Utilities division are currently seeking a Field Supervisor to lead a team of qualified electricians performing meter installations.


Nature of position:
Permanent, Full-time

Location:
Wetherill Park, NSW

Reporting line:
Field Services Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of fieldbased meter technicians comprising employees and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all works are completed in accordance with both safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct a mixture of live and post audits
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
  • Solve operational issues and liaise directly with the client to deal with any escalations.
  • Motivate and encourage the team.
  • Coordinate and assist in the training and ongoing development of all staff and subcontractors.
  • Work with the back of house team to ensure work is scheduled accurately and appropriately.
About You

To be successful in this position you would have the following qualifications:

  • Full Electrical License.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • ASP Level 2 Qualified.
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR and LVR
  • Previous experience in meter replacement works (CT metering experience desirable).
  • Proven client management skills.
  • Excellent leadership capabilities with the ability to get the best out of a workforce.
