The indicative salary for the position will be
$70,000 plus superannuation (currently 10.5%).

  • Developing processes to ensure the efficient delivery of services under the contracts, including adapting processes to accommodate agreed variations to contracts.
  • Monitoring requested variations to work carried out under the contracts (internal and external), and determine whether, and if so how, any agreed variations will be delivered.
  • Acting as the point of contact between ISS and the client, and resolving issues related to service delivery, complaints and other feedback.
  • Providing advice to managers within ISS, as well as other parties, on the terms of the contracts (as amended from time to time) as part of ensuring services are delivered in accordance with the terms of the contracts
  • Managing the delivery of work by ISS staff, contractors etc to ensure services are provided to the required standard and otherwise in accordance with the terms of the contracts.
  • Identifying, considering and implementing strategies to effectively respond to any risks that arise under the contracts.
  • Reviewing contracts and, where necessary, renegotiating contracts.
  • Maintaining all reporting systems associated with the contracts, and generating both periodic and ad hoc reports relating to the delivery of services, financial outcomes etc.
  • Managing all other paperwork associated with the contracts.

Minimum Criteria:

  • Three years of relevant experience, including experience administering contracts with government agencies
  • System administration and record keeping skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service ethic and skills
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Sound numerical competency
  • Highly developed attention to detail
