A well known and popular QSR venue in Mornington is searching for someone to lead the team as their new Restaurant Manager. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring seamless service and maintaining standards. You will have a passion for fresh and healthy food and the ability to create a fun and happy atmosphere for the team and customers too

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a casual dining/quick service style venue.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a passion for delivering customer service.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant + food operations, including inventory management and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A creative and strategic mindset to drive innovation and growth.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
  • Customer-first approach and team empowerment.
