Seeking a passionate Pastry Chef to join this talented, culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence. You will work with and be mentored by the best in the industry to create exquisite desserts, pastries and bread.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team in creating, preparing, and presenting high-quality pastries and desserts.
  • Ensure that all pastries are prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new and innovative pastry items.
  • Participate in menu planning and development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role in a high-end restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and baking methods.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative flair and a passion for pastry arts.
  • Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.
