The Opportunity:
Veolia ANZ are looking for an Operations Manager who will be responsible for the day to day operations and maintenance of the Cambridge depot to meet the requirements of the Operations, Agreements and the Company Objectives.
This is a permanent full-time position based in Cambridge 7170, and will have a strong focus on actively communicating the business strategy to ensure and coach staff on its implementation.

What you'll be responsible for:
- Responsible for the day to day operations of our commercial services businesses
- Drive performance to ensure optimal business performance
- Ensure that all compliance and statutory regulations, OHS, environmental and public health objectives are met
- Convene and record internal and client Operations Management meetings on a monthly basis
- Provide day to day leadership to the Operations team
- Ensure that all employees are adequately qualified, trained and experienced to perform their duties in a safe, competent and responsible manner
- Have a thorough understanding of relevant legislation to facilitate efficient operations and ensure statutory requirements are complied with.
What you'll need to be successful:
- Previous experience in a similar management role
- Advanced Diploma/Diploma of Business or equivalent workplace experience
- Valid driver's licence
- Experience or qualifications in Waste Management
