About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to join our Cost Management team in Cambridge. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and direction to our clients, ensuring that their projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers to deliver cost consulting services to clients
  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time
  • Provide expert advice on cost planning, cost control, and cost management to clients
  • Manage client relationships and ensure that their needs are met
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest quality standards
Requirements
  • Chartered Quantity Surveyor or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in cost management and leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of cost planning, cost control, and cost management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
