About the role
B&D as a business is growing and so is our dealer network. In this key role, you will ensure engagement, growth, and alignment with a key group of dealers.

You will develop and grow the Accredited Dealer customer base in the State, driving high conversion rates, providing data, insights and exceptional customer service in line with the Channel Business Strategy.


Acting as a business coach, you will drive commercial decisions within the territory to deliver results through effective planning, prioritisation and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with dealers to develop insights to drive strategy for dealerships as well as B&D
  • Initiate and run regular product training and coaching sessions with dealers
  • Maintain and execute call plan in line with Sales strategy
  • Increase customer conversion rate
  • Build trust and credibility with customers by demonstrating an understanding of brand and product knowledge and resolving customer/ enduser enquiries

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in Key Account Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communications with a natural ability to influence and build rapport
  • Strategic mindset, business acumen and a commercial focus
