About the Role
Looking for an experience Senior Contracts Advisor to join a EPCM client working on a major mining construction project. As a senior contract advisor you will join a team of 5 other contract and procurement members working on fabrication and construction packages across bulk earthwork, civil, SMP and E&I scopes of works.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of tender documentation
  • Tendering/evaluation/award and administering of contracts
  • Negotiation and resolution of contractor claims
  • Preparation of contract variations
  • Complex payment claims management
Key Criteria:
  • Experience in a EPCM environment
  • Major Project experience preferably Rio/BHP Projects
  • Experience with complex and high value fabrication or site construction contracts (all disciplines)
  • 7 + years of experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good team player
  • Pre and Post Award contract experience
