About the role


The Digital Support Officer works as part of the Digital Curriculum team to provide project and quality assurance support for syllabus and support materials publication projects within the Curriculum Reform Directorate.


At NESA we are presently focused on an exciting, transformational program of curriculum reform, and this role is a great opportunity to support the work of passionate educators.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:

  • using technology efficiently and effectively to publish curriculum materials online (preferred experience with headless CMS).
- supporting the maintenance of project documentation including procedure, style guide and templates, contributing with the development of training and user documentation to facilitate Digital Curriculum operations and enable continuous improvement.
- working with stakeholders and team members to ensure that system development and implementations are effectively tested using appropriate quality assurance activities in a continuously evolving environment.
- assisting with the development of test processes which cover quality, timeliness and cost while ensuring complex project deliverables are met, at times in an environment in tight deadlines.
