Position Overview:
Currently, due to company expansion, there is a need for a skilled and outcome-oriented individual to join as a Shopping Centre Property Administrator, Administration Manager, or experienced Administration Assistant eager for career progression.

Location:
Based at a bustling shopping centre in Melbourne's North.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and compose various correspondence like memos and monthly meeting minutes.
  • Participate in team meetings, distribute minutes when necessary, and promptly address inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate proactively with the team to streamline processes and ensure adherence to REMS policies.
  • Efficiently handle leasing administration, financial procedures, and uphold precise data records for all properties.
  • Organize client meetings, manage financial duties such as invoicing and debt control, and oversee facility and retail-related operations.

Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:

  • Background in the Shopping Centre sector, preferably as a Shopping Administration Manager, Property Administrator, or Administration Assistant.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency (intermediate level) in using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to concentrate on specific assignments.
  • Initiative and self-driven attitude.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills to engage with various stakeholders, fostering strong professional relationships.
