Who is the role for?


This position is an ideal fit for an individual with one year of experience in an SDR role who seeks to tackle complex solutions for enterprise accounts.

The company offers a clear pathway to advance to an Account Executive position.

They recently promoted an SDR who relocated from Australia to the US, and she is now flourishing in her role as an Account Executive.

Responsibilities
As part of the sales team, you will collaborate closely with the Account Executive throughout the sales cycle.

This will provide you with an opportunity to learn and develop the skills needed to present solutions effectively to clients.


  • Day to day_
  • Develop a list of target accounts and identify potential leads for the sales team.
  • Research key stakeholders to refine value propositions and tailor outreach.
  • Qualifying inbound leads and assessing their potential as sales opportunities.
  • Work with the marketing team on campaigns and events to increase brand awareness.
  • Innovate sales techniques to engage with prospects and stand out from competitors.
  • Build relationships with internal teams to share information and contribute to product development.

What will you bring?
Looking for a results-driven individual with a history of creating leads and generating opportunities. You'll use your communication skills to build strategic relationships with customers and manage internal leads. You should be curious, self-organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in SAAS sales and/or HR tech is a plus.

Salary
$80k - $90k + super + commission OTE $120k
