We are seeking a
Contact Centre Team Leader with exceptional leadership skills and experience in the industry, to lead our Contact Centre team at
Qscan Robina Clinic. This is a Permanent full-time position.
You will:
- Be responsible for the leadership, training, and management of our regional contact centre team (including rostering).
- Oversee performance of Contact Centre Agents to ensure a timely and accurate booking process.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure the effective operation and maintenance of booking systems and processes.
About You
Alongside your experience in radiology (or similar field), you have a strong understanding of contact centre practices and are a booking whizz.
You will also have:
- Welldeveloped communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to drive team recognition, cohesion, and engagement to build, reward and retain a high performing team.
- High level understanding of RIS and MBS
- The ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure.
