About the role:

As a Team Leader you will work collaboratively with residents, our dedicated team and family to ensure a high standard of individualized care for our residents.

Working closely with our Registered Nurses you will provide clinical leadership to our care team and ensure compliance to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services and most importantly, a quality lifestyle for all our residents.

We currently have CASUAL opportunities, with various shifts available across a fortnightly roster, for Team Leaders to join our team

What you bring:

  • Certificate IV in Ageing Support (including HLTHPS007 Administer & Monitor Medicines) OR Diploma of Enrolled Nursing (with APRHA Registration)
  • High level of commitment, integrity, honesty and trustworthiness
  • An effective listener with the ability to communicate at all levels both orally and in writing
  • Ability to understand and use information technology and programs and to learn new skills as required.
  • Current National police check
  • Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control
