The Opportunity


This role will oversee the strategic and operational plans of both existing and new infrastructure during their development and implementation phases.


In addition, the role will:

  • Supervise risk management and business continuity strategies related to the University operations in space planning, service delivery and property management.
  • Manage maintenance services to ensure safety and functionality of the Universities' grounds and facilities.
  • Plan, deliver and optimise utilisation plans for campus space to ensure efficient allocation of facilities and services enhancing all the university's community experience.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement active and sustainable strategies for transportation and accessibility across the University's campuses.
  • Construct service delivery practises to create an inspiring team environment that promotes professional growth, innovation and continuous improvement.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Demonstrated experience in space planning and utilisation, property management or commercial operations and governance, preferably in an educational or largescale setting.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, motivate and manage diverse teams to deliver exceptional results aligned with a strategic vision.
  • Comprehensive understanding of campus services delivery in a higher education setting and the impact of campus services on student, staff and community experience.
